This listing is for balloon shaped acrylic sign with custom wording of your choice.
Signs are laser cut from 1/8" (3mm) acrylic and wording is done in vinyl. 3 design styles and many colors to choose from.
Balloon comes with rope. Exact shade and thickness of rope will vary by availability.

ORDERING PROCESS:
*Select quantity (sold individually)
*Select wording option
*In the personalization box, add the color you would like for the balloon (acrylic) and the wording (vinyl), as well as the date needed.
*Add to cart. To prevent delays and ensure timely shipping please add all necessary information to the personalization or note box.
*Select desired shipping method based on date needed. Check to ensure shipping address is correct.
*Checkout - Orders needed within 1 week must select the rush option. Orders needed within 2 weeks should select the priority option.
All items are made to order and may require additional time to design, cut, process and package for safe shipment. Most items are completed within 3-4 weeks. However, during the busy wedding & holiday seasons (March - October, December) some items may take longer, especially large quantities.
Shipping times are estimates and will vary by product, quantity, etc. If needed sooner than the shown estimated timeline, please select one of the upgraded shipping options or contact me for availability.
I will not be responsible for items not arriving in time if you do not select an upgraded option (items needed sooner than 2 weeks from order date).

~~CARE~~
Items are fragile and should be handled with care. Please note that items are laser cut at a very high temperature and may have some residual laser dust and/or a strong smell. Items coming in contact with food/beverages should be hand rinsed in warm soapy water and allowed to air dry before use. Acrylic items are NOT heat safe and may warp or melt under extreme heat. A soft, nonabrasive terry cloth can be used to remove dust, fingerprints, etc. Acrylic items can scratch easily. Please take care when handling or storing.

****Although made using natural products, these items are intended to be used as photo props and/or decorative purposes only! They are not intended for play. The front and back of wooden items are left natural so getting them wet or putting them in mouths could cause the material to deteriorate and become a choking hazard.
Some items may have sharp edges or corners. By purchasing any items, you assume responsibility for supervising any child/children that my come in contact with this item. If an item is broken/chipped, etc. it may become a chocking or safety hazard. Therefore, should any injury or accident occur, My Sentiments, its affiliates or insurance company will NOT be held responsible. By purchasing items, you attest that you have read and agree to all shop and listing policies. You, the buyer, assume all responsibilities for supervising any child or children with products and handling fragile items with care.
~~ PERSONALIZATION~~
Names, dates, and other wording will be copied exactly as provided in the personalization/note box, to avoid typos on my part. Please double check order details before submitting. Mistakes can sometimes happen. If a mistake was made on my part (color, size, spelling, etc.) please contact me immediately upon receipt of your order for a replacement. Orders will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery.
Photos of previous work with options for customizations (colors, wording, etc.) are shown as examples of what can be done.
~~DAMAGES~~
Please be sure to open items immediately and inspect for damages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately, providing clear photos of the damaged item, the package it arrived in, etc. and I will work to rectify the situation. Your order will be considered complete after 3 days of delivery.
~~INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS~~
Items being shipped outside of the US may be subjected to VAT, taxes or postal handling fees. You, the buyer, will be responsible for any fees levied by your country's customs/mail department. My Sentiments will not refund these charges or orders returned for failure to pay these fees.
~~RUSHED ORDERS~~
If you need your item by a specific date, please message me to ensure this item can be completed and shipped in time for your event. You will be responsible for all rush shipping fees.
~~SHIPPING & DELIVERY~~
Delivery times are subject to USPS or FedEx delivery and thus are NOT guaranteed. Time in transit (once shipped) varies depending on your location and other factors beyond my control. USPS/FedEx failures are not the fault of My Sentiments or a reflection of my level of dedication to my customers.
Estimations of delivery times (once shipped) within the US can range from 1-2 days or as much as 3 weeks depending on shipping method selected, location, weather, holidays and other factors beyond my control. International shipping has NO guaranteed delivery time and can range from 6-10 days or 4-6 weeks depending on destination country, customs processing, etc. Please keep your event date in mind when ordering. If ordering for an event that is less than 2 weeks away, you may need to upgrade to rush shipping. Please inquire about rush shipping options and item availability if needed sooner than 1-2 weeks.
My Sentiments will not be responsible for incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, etc. Please ensure the address on your Etsy account is correct BEFORE purchasing or indicate shipping address in the notes box before checking out. MY SENTIMENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO BUYER'S ERROR. Refunds will NOT be issued for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, undeliverable locations, full mail or PO boxes, closed businesses, packages not picked up from post office, failure to pay customs fees, etc. If you notice the address is incorrect after purchasing, please contact me immediately via Etsy messaging with the correct address and I will make every effort to correct it. However, if the package has already been shipped before I am notified, additional fees will be assessed to redirect the package.
IF AN ITEM IS UNDELIVERED AND RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR OTHER BUYER ERRORS, THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FEES TO RESHIP.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Items that are custom made with personalized information such as names, dates, initials, etc. cannot be returned or exchanged.
~~BULK/WHOLESALE ORDERS~~
Because this is a small independently owned business operating out of my home office, I do not have the capacity to stock materials in bulk. Also, each item is custom made to the customer's specific color/size request and materials are ordered as needed which may require many hours of work & time. For these reasons, I do not currently offer bulk discounts/price breaks.
All items are custom made in a pet free environment.
